[HOT] How can I obtain info who and how created #teachosm-project-861?

and it is not explaining how it can be done.

It is not documented at
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Organised_Editing/Activities/Humanitarian_OpenStreetMap_Team

I am trying to contact whoever organized it or at least to obtain related documentation
to
- establish meaning of tags used in editing, especially natural=hummock
- check is it welcomed/accepted by local community if any is present
- check whether HOT ever validated this edits
- check whether this edits were done by HOT
- check quality of this edit

Also, whoever organized it should document it as required by
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Organised_Editing_Guidelines

I know that edit was done two years ago, but it produced some new tags
such as 
https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/tags/?key=natural&value=hummock#chronology
that may be valuable and worth documenting.
