[HOT] We welcome the HOT community to the Governance Working Group.

Dear colleagues,

HOT is going to look at new ways to govern and organizational models -
meaning we have 1 board, members, and, now, open mapping hubs. How can we
get more people involved and shift our models for governance?

We've set up some ways for you to get involved:

Outreach - anyone can join the HOT GWG, we are opening up
Loomio- we will use this for *collaborating on tasks *
Meetings - we will have *2 timezone friendly calls (3rd Tuesday, 0700 and
1800 UTC)*
Slack/Mailing list - choose your own way to keep involved.

*We need your help for 1 thing (small task).* We have a draft slide deck to
do more outreach for this working group. There is a slide asking for tips
on governance and best practices for this working group. Can you add some
comments?
