[HOT] Project overlap

Hello Arnalie and Joaquim,

I am Roshan (OSM username Ro Sun), I work for Kathmandu Living Labs and I
am the creator of task 8942. We were unknown that new projects are
overlapping our project and probably the creator of those projects (10311,
10312, 10963) is also unaware of those overlappings.

Let us know what can be the way around to fix it. We, Kathmandu Living Labs
are happy to coordinate with the creator of another organization too.
