[HOT] URGENT HELP NEEDED: Emergency Mapping for Afghanistan

Thank you to everyone who haveve downloaded #MapSwipe and contributed in
identifying settlements and buildings in the affected area in Herat,
Afghanistan!

We have published a Project via Tasking Manager to map building footprints
