One thing to note is that if we include that in our mandate, and we have another huge earthquake like Haiti,<br>

we have to maintain a presence in the non-disaster work and make sure we don't abandon them altogether.<br>
I'd like to think we would do that anyway, but maybe with a slightly depleted presence.<br>
