<p style=" margin-top:12px; margin-bottom:12px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:40px; -qt-block-indent:0; text-indent:0px; -qt-user-state:0;">The American and Ugandan Red Cross have teamed up with the State Department’s Humanitarian Information Unit and HOT OSM to trace the cities of Gulu and Lira in Northern Uganda using recent high-resolution satellite imagery. We invite and encourage all HOT members / followers / fans to join in and help us trace these rapidly expanding cities which are rebuilding after years of conflict. </p>
