<span>First step is for us to appraise the rough geographic spread and scale of impact of areas affected from official and media sources. We then look at the quality of data in OSM, and available resources, like Bing imagery, other existing data sets, new satellite imagery. And, crucially presence of local community, and requests for up to date base map data.</span></div>
