 activated at the request of OCHA. Kate Chapman of HOT is one of the coordinator of the DHN Network.<br><br>Andrew Buck is coordinator of this Activation. Maning Sambale and I are supporting him.  With Maning in the Philippines, we can assure a 24 hours presence.  <br><br>Even if a tremendous effort has been made so far, more is to come.  We 
will continue to communicate through this HOT list to announce the
