That's a great question, but it's separate from this issue, and I'd
like to stick to this specific import for now.

I contacted them last month and asked them their thoughts. They were
all but hostile, saying if I didn't like it, I could revert it.

Since then, they've actually made a bunch more imports in the NYC
area. None of these have any documentation around them, and I'd say
they all probably need reversion, and this user will more than likely
need DWG action.

It's not by hand. It's a dump by MTA, and it's garbage.
