[Imports-us] Upgrade tasks.openstreetmap.us to Version 2

Does anyone know if the tasks.openstreetmap.us site can get updated from 
the old version 1 to version 2.9+?

Other countries are running new installs.  The current version is buggy 
and lacks some usability features.

The new version shows invalidated tasks differently, has a bigger map,  
highlights who did what, has a better timeline, fixes task bugs, etc.
