[Imports-us] Montgomery County MD Unauthorized (?) Import

Alright, I left a comment on one of the changesets. Looking more at the
data it is very unlikely it is actually traced, at least from bing. The
node count is high, and there are new developments that don't have bing
coverage but are in the GIS data. If they were surveyed, you'd think there
would be at least one address :)

We'll see.
