"drawn" as in "manually traced from the imagery by yourself", or...? If
that's the case, then in what format do you currently have the results
of this tracing?

I'm a bit surprised because the usual process would be to simply
configure the imagery as a background layer for an editor and then trace
stuff directly into OSM (thereby nicely avoiding any conflicts between
what is traced and what is already in OSM) - but that's not the path you
chose here?
