Hello Jay,

Thanks for looking at new uses for the data we provide. We are currently
looking at applying a well known license to our data. We are currently
leaning toward something like
https://choosealicense.com/licenses/cc-by-4.0/ but
we haven't decided for certain yet.

It is ok to contribute to OpenStreetMaps using our data. People frequently
produce derivatives of our data and that is something we allow.
