[Imports-us] Buildings in Union County, Ohio (to imports-us list)

This looks like a good dataset and a promising import.

I'd be happy to help offer some advice -  I'm one of the people working
on the recent building import in Hamilton County
<https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Hamilton_County_Building_Import>
not too far away. Having just looked at this data briefly, I have a few
questions for you to think about as you begin documenting your plan on
the wiki (see the link above for reference if it's helpful).

1) Are there other attributes in your database that can be linked to the
footprints prior to import? Can we do better than building=yes?

2) How many of these buildings are already in OSM? (e.g. do a simple GIS
intersect operation to get an idea)

3) Are there any active OSM contributors in the county already? Make
sure to get their attention early.

I think you'll probably find some other Ohioans who can lend a hand as
well - I look forward to seeing how this develops!

Cheers,
