[Imports] Error while importing

You're right the osm xml was containing a modify tag in ways' tags.

But How to revert the part uploaded yet ?

I tried : perl revert.pl 1838453

But I got a 401 :
PUT http://api06.dev.openstreetmap.org/api/0.6/changeset/create... 401
Authorization Required (25b)
cannot create changeset: 401 Authorization Required

Do I need some credentials ? to do it ?

I have a bunch of changeset to revert : attached file
