Hi,
Just for the context Chedli messaged me on facebook, where i asked him to
email this list.
Having seen maplibrary before, but just not exactly sure what the verdict
was on that site.

(it's listed on the wiki, but i dont think it's that clear)... it just has
that line at the end.

http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Potential_Datasources#The_Map_Library

Map library looks to be just a cool collection of maps (a library) :) ..
with a mix of stuff. .. different copyrights in there.

... one way around that is to contact the Tunisian Government - data
department directly. If you can get someone from the government to say
"yes, we looked at OSM, and you can use it to enhance the OSM Map" then it's
certainly OK to use :)

Cheers,
Sam

Hi Sam,

I'm Chedli Ghedira, a Tunisian OpenStreetMapper.

Currently, maplibrary.org (
http://www.maplibrary.org/stacks/Africa/Tunisia/index.php) is the only
source for Tunisian administrative boundaries.

I'm trying to convert the shp file to an osm file and I found Shp-to-osm.jar
but I could'nt make a rules file because I did'nt understand how to make it.

Can you please help me (and all Tunisian OpenStreetMappers) ?

Sincerly,
Chedli
