But we know this probably won't happen or will happen very slowly if
users have to look at those nodes, then add the interpolation way and
then the tags on both ends. Especially if data users (such as search
engines) start to support this alternative scheme and they might
because the TIGER data currently occupies 2/3rd of the database. Then
there are two schemes to support for everyone else too.
I still believe the function of an import is to make it easier for
casual mappers to make the map out of it, not to make the map. Let's
tag in a way that will make it easiest for mappers to add proper
addressing info -- this is by removing addresses that don't exist.
