[Imports] Import Guidance

Oh ya... now that im not in charge of the canvec data anymore, i'll have
time to 'sift through' all the pages i made in the past year and clean it
up.

... and yup, the PDF looks great.
* I'd highligfht the purposed of the import@ discussion list even more :)
