[Imports] TMC LCL - help needed

Hello,


the TMC-import has started. At first we need to import the areas
as they are very simple. 
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/TMC/TMC_Import_Germany/Areas
Due to lots of differences and missing corresponding areas
in our map this has to be done manually.

With the experience we get in this step the more complex
but much better to automate step of importing the roads
can start later.

Does anyone have good advise on how I am trying to organize this?
