[Imports] uploading GPX without timestamp

In this wiki [0] say  about the GPX traces uploading "...and the
trackpoints must have a valid timestamp. " buy i have any gpx trace
make with ogr2ogr [1], this trace without timestamp  cannot upload to
OSM.

can i upload this trace to OSM?
