[Imports] delete unused nodes?

Some mappers put three unconnected nodes ("dots") to indicate that a way 
continues but has not been mapped - like ". . .". Unlikely to be many of 
them but maybe if you'd filter by user and only delete those where the 
same user has placed > 1000 of them or so, which would be a relatively 
clear indication of a botched import.
