[Imports] ArcGIS 10 will have OSM import, export and editing tools

And it also depends on how you define 'imports'.

As copying in a pre-made .osm file by manually copying in the
features, (downloading the current OSM area)  pasting it in, then
uploading when you have a bunch for the area.
.... not exactly 'Bulk_implopping"

But ya... this ArchGIS  program is still in Beta.   AFAIK it does
follow the guidelines.   We just gotta keep encouraging the users who
use that program to keep in touch on the mailing lists / IRC / OSM
journals and ask questions just as any other mapper is expected todo
:-)
