[Imports] How good can an import be?

Katie, you're a mad awesome mapper. You're by far the most active
mapper in the DC area, if not the entire US.

You're awesome and your edits are awesome.

That said, let's not kid ourselves about these automated edits. I do a
lot of cleanup of dup buildings, dup nodes, etc in DC, and they're
almost always failed building imports. They're all of our collective
fault, but a lot of them are under your username.

Automated processes are very error prone; it's best if we admit that
and try to work on it, rather than say that it's all fine.
