Ah, well, in that case the best solution is to use a different stylesheet
- one that de-emphasises landuse and boundaries, and emphasises roads and
the like.

We've made a start on this in P2 with the "Network" stylesheet; you can
select it from the "Map style" menu. Suggestions and (even better) patches
to the stylesheet are very welcome.
