First and foremost, I think it's important to thank you and the other
people of Massachusetts for making this data available. Your state and
your department are clearly progressive and should be looked at as
examples of the right way to do government.

That's great. Where can we download this data, and in what format?
As for the otho, is that available as a TMS or WMS service which can
be easily consumed, or is it geotiff or something else?
Again, I want to reiterate how wonderful it is that you care so much
about people/projects using your data. I think I speak for everyone
