It would be great to get some more information. Can you please link to
the data? Do you know if it's raw GPS traces or has it been
post-processed (e.g. aligned with aerial imagery when possible)? What
kind of attributes are there (e.g. surface material)? If you can,
convert the data to an OSM file with a suitable attribute-to-tag
mapping for others to review and determine the suitability for import.
If you need help with anything there are plenty of people here that
can do so, assuming the data is of sufficient quality.
