Sometimes the calculated surface doesn't match the amount in the records,
though.

But the data might need manual cleaning up prior to upload. (moving tags from
existing buildings to the new ones, etc). We might end up splitting the files
into smaller chunks.

AFAIK, everything but roads (which are crap). Depending on the municipality,
cadastrial data might have better or worse quality on some of the provided
layers. The person responsible for that municipality will ultimately decide.
If existing OSM data is good enough, nothing will be imported.
