[Imports] Paso Robles building footprints import

You indicated that you were working on processing some data, not that you
planned to import it. I'd say that falls short of consulting. You also need
to consult with the local community (talk-us)

You also need to make sure that you are familiar with how to revert
successfully before importing - you have to be able to fix any mistakes

Gregory, my account is linked to from this import-account (created for
imports as suggested on the import guidelines page of the wiki). I have
documented this import on the import catalogue. I had also linked to the
data in this thread
http://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/imports/2012-May/001400.html also
in this month's digest - but it is already imported now.

As you probably read on the diary page - I had an issue Reverting two change
sets, specifically with JOSM - which I understand has issues
https://josm.openstreetmap.de/ticket/5414. Also, there was some conversation
on this matter in the IRC channel yesterday. I have thoroughly reviewed the
data and believe things are good now after I cleaned the duplicate nodes
left after the failed reverts.

So, to answer your questions - I'd say, yes. _ joe

Has this import been discussed/documented and support/help offered by
others in the community?
