are parts of Interstate highway.   The nodes were nudged from their 
original position, and the result is a jog (or slightly sharper angle) 
in the main interstate line of travel.   In my opinion, 100% of 
interstate highways have already been manually reviewed and could be 
excluded from the realignment.   What do others think?
