[Imports] Proposed import: Geelong building data

If the buildings are correct in their locations it would be wrong to move
them to a false position.

 

What does GPS data indicate?

Yes, yes.. everything will be offset from reality by 2 meters, but that's
probably better than some things offset and some things not.
