You can access the original file if you have a valid spanish
electronic idendity card. We cannot do any thing about that.

This is one of the thing we are asking for a LONG time:

Who have to grant permision? Representing to what? what would be
his/her criteriums?
When and by what means will we be informed that we can procede with
the upload? Please note that this is not a rant, only that we did not
know the answer and we haven't found it on the wiki also.

No one is uploading any data. This was only a test for you all to see
and to test if the upload process worked correctly as the last time we
ask we didn't have any more feedback so we suppose all was ok.
