I'm already updating features and changes that the city hasn't yet caught,

manager is already too short on available time to keep track of it himself.

The city doesn't currently have a plan for the next updates (they can be
reeeeaaaaalllly infrequent), so I think OSM is actually in a better
position to keep things up-to-date.

Per requests, I'm now adding address data via parcels, and height data from
available lidar.
