[Imports] Ongoing imports in Poland

Dear community,

On behalf of Polish OSM community I want to inform you about recent
and ongoing imports in Poland. You can find them on wiki page[1].

Imported data came from local authorites (mainly from powiats) and
contains building outlines and/or address points. If you have any
questions you can contact Polish community via IRC channel #osm-pl.
