Buildings, address, ways maybe, sometimes trees, hydrants... It
depends what we receive.

> What tagging is being used?

For addresses typical syntax (addr:*). For buildings most often
building=yes, sometimes we receive more information (building type and
levels).

> What license is it under?

Data retreived from public administration can be used non-commercially
or commercially under certain conditions provided by them. Most often
it is:
* provide source of data
* provide date of obtained data
* provide information, that these are processed re-used public
administration data

> How much data is there?

Depends, each city is different. Eg. Zabrze
(http://osm.org/go/0Ldi94r--) and Katowice (http://osm.org/go/0LeVP_X)

~52K building outlines (+building type, usage, and levels)
~14K adress points

~63K building outlines (only building=yes)
~24K adress points
