This should be oneway, not onway.

Is there a way to look at the shapefiles you're proposing importing?

You should be aware that although you can add a source tag, it can't be
legally required that it is not removed.

These wouldn't be part of the import, these would just be normal mapping.
You could use source=survey or something if you wanted to indicate a source
tag.
