[Imports] ADD import (Antarctica natural features and POIs)

The stations are - like the other POIs - in a separate file.  This one 
is in there - but located in the ocean.  It seems to be the ADD data is 
not necessarily more accurate concerning these locations (although some 
of the old station positions are over water as well).

Moving it to the shore and adding a 'position approximated' note seems a 
reasonable solution.  In this case the old location seems to be 
correctly match the new land data though.
