[Imports] Deletable KSJ2 import tags

Unless someone objects I'll be going with the following tags as some of
the ones I listed earlier occur very seldom:

KSJ2:ARE
KSJ2:COP_label   
KSJ2:DFD
KSJ2:LOC
KSJ2:LPN
KSJ2:RIC
KSJ2:RIN
KSJ2:WSC
KSJ2:coordinate
KSJ2:curve_id
KSJ2:curve_type
KSJ2:filename

KSJ2:long

Just to clarify, there are no *legal* reasons that source, source_ref and 
note:ja cannot be removed by anyone at any time.

Of course doing that in bulk to the osm.org database wouldn't be done, but 
is legally possible and downstream consumers do it all the time to their 
derivative databases.
