I took a quick look at this. In general the data quality seems 
fine--alignment is not the best but good enough, shapes are reasonably 
accurate, I only found a few claimed buildings that didn't exist in imagery.

The only low-hanging fruit I'd want cleaned up before import is there's 
a few improperly set up multipolygons. All 5 relations with 
type=multipolygon and no other tags have various problems and should be 
fixed. It would be good but less essential to look through the rest of 
the relations; I saw a few that were valid but didn't quite describe 
reality, like having an inner polygon for part of a building that wasn't 
a courtyard.
