[Imports] Import Plan for Buildings & Address in Washington, DC, USA

This is an update on the plan to bulk import the remaining buildings /
addresses in Washington, DC (
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/DC_Buildings_%26_Addresses_Import).


Thanks again for all the previous community feedback.


The plan going forward:


On 7/14/2014 import two test Census BlockGroups.


* 110010078082 bounded 58th St NE (on west), Eads  St NE (on north) , DC
boundary (east) and East Capitol St (on South) this is the very eastern
part of DC.


* 110010021023 bounded by Longfellow St NW (on North), 2nd St NW (on west),
 1st St NW and New Hampshire NW  (on east) and Gallatin st Nw (South).


These two initial Census BlockGroup import areas will be carefully
reviewed. If the imports work well then other areas are planned to start on
7/17/2014 .
