Based on talk-cz patch, I'll abort import instead.

Based on areas I'm familiar with, the landuse=meadow is very good.

Sample I have here is 442 nodes in 16 ways per 2.5 square km. A lot
less detailed than existing data (2962 nodes, 1248 ways in same area).
