[Imports] Blog post about imports

I agree with most of the arguments in Serge's blog post and have a recent
example.

Recently I tried to edit this:

http://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/1067268#map=10/50.9338/2.4706

Needless to say it took me hours to move part of the border of this
polygon. Don't ask for the history of the object because the API just
refuses.

Maybe it's more a problem of mapping conventions but me personally I think
this data is too difficult to edit for even the most experienced mappers
and there is no need to have it mapped this way. After I moved this, a few
mappers have already started tracing landuse.

Enough eyes can get everything fixed but mine tend to get tired quickly
after doing this.

DISCLAIMER: this is not me saying ALL imports are bad!

Best Regards,

Ben
