[Imports] Mass fixing street names in Queensland Australia

Hi Benjamin,

I have sourced Transport and Main Roads permission [1] so if the dataset
has been sourced from that organisation through the data.qld.gov.au portal
then your have explicit permission to use it.  If it has been sourced
directly from the tmr site you might wish to re-source it from the portal.

We are also prepping a gtfs import (not yet issued to @imports for review)
from this dataset for QLD so given your obvious interest I think it
worthwhile in directing you there [2] for adding yourself as a team member
for your region (was it Cairns?) - if you are interested in helping out of
course. :)
