Please let me stress that the consultation period that must precede an
import is an important part of the process; community members need to
have a change to thoroughly check your plans, look at the data,
potentially offer lessons learnt from other similar imports in the past
(NYC buildings import comes to mind), and so on. This is a process that
needs time, and you can't know exactly how much before you start it.

I note that the document was uploaded to the Wiki initially on the 9th
of May. At that time, the plan to start on the 25th after a 14-day
consultation period was ambitious but it could have been doable. Today
is the 23rd, and the Wiki document still proposes to start work on the
25th which is now completely unrealistic as we cannot expect people to
give the necessary feedback within two days.

I assume that this is just an oversight and you were not really planning
to have a two-day consultation period; you will have to postpone these
dates by two weeks at least.
