to distinguish Primary Schools and Secondary Schools…

Yes, neither is CAP (Centre d'Animation Pédagogique) but both represents
the Educational hierarchy used to "locate" a school in Mali. What should I
do ? Use a country prefix ? Something else ?

Can you take another look ? I updated the Wiki and the OSM/OSC files on
