Hi, Renaud:

There has been an import by the HOT [1] in Centrafrique of UNICEF data
that was thoroughly discussed in this list last year. It consisted on
3 sets: health facilities [2], schools [3] and water points [4]. All
these imports were done through specific jobs in the HOT Tasking
Manager following a strict workflow [5].

Have you thought about doing it that way?

In any case, it would be very important that you check the CAR school
tagging, as there are some tags that are similar to yours, and so you
can keep the consistency among them.

operator:type, with colon, not hyphen.

I would avoid at least is_in for country and region.

You should specify the changeset tags: source? source:date?
import=yes? url=?

About the contact with the local community, it's advisable (not
compulsory) to contact the hot list, as there are many people that
have previous experience with different imports in developing
countries who can give a good input to you.
