I think "p-code" is not a good tag name, because this has a lot of possible
meanings, see e.g. here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/P-code
My suggestion would be to use something more verbose like place_code or
maybe even better UN_place_code or UNOCHA_place_code or UN_OCHA_place_code
or UNOCHA:place_code etc.
