I believe this is a very rare case of data use. Why would you want to know
this? Typically you would be having some doubt for a specific building
height and will be remeasuring it (e.g. with a laser disto, by
triangulation or similar) and you will replace the information you already
had identified as imprecise with your new better measurement. It will make
no difference to you how the less precise information had been entered
before. If instead you would be particularly interested in this import from
OpenDataParis, it will make no difference to you whether you will have to
look at a changeset or at individual tags.

Also, you will not even have to look at the details of the changeset, but
you will very likely already see by the username chosen for the import
where the data is from (see import guidelines,
