[Imports] Australia - Geocoded national address data

"The End User Licence Agreement is based on the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license, but prohibits the use of G-NAF or Administrative Boundaries for mail-out purposes, including use to create a mail-out list."

The license isn't compatible since it isn't an open license. A real shame they didn't go the whole way and make it a standard CC-BY license.
