Any fixme in wide use I'm not interested in deleting.

Get rid:

fixme=imported_to_be_checked
FIXME=stream␣attribute␣data␣missing

Keep:
fixme=continue
fixme=position
fixme=resurvey
fixme=dual_carriageway

Speaking of which: is there a way to get the number of unique editor
ID's for fixme=continue?
