+1 to removing any kind of "fixme=xy missing" (with xy stuff like name,
attributes, etc.) because these are clearly pointless (you can find out
easily and automatically which objects do miss certain tags, no need to
spam other tags for this).
I also agree that stuff that gets imported should not have any fixme tags.
Either you can solve the issues before uploading, or you shouldn't upload
at all.
+1 to Frederik here, that these objects from imports should probably be
removed all together rather than just removing the fixme tags.
On the other hand, you cannot presume from tags like "fixme=check location"
that these have all been introduced automatically or with imports.
Personally I have added this combination of tags sometimes for places I had
surveyed, and for which I had gathered detailed information, but wasn't
sure sometimes which block exactly they were in (so the location was
approximately fine, but might have been the next block in some occasions).
